Wine-making and ageing
Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft crushing and fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Straw-yellow colour. Typical aroma, well-fruited with floral notes and hints of melon and lemon. Fresh taste, pleasant and harmonic.
Food and wine pairing
Excellent with the cuisine based on fish, it matches well also with delicate meat-based dishes. Very good with hors d’oeuvres and as aperitif.
