Hilly, with medium altitude of 230 metres above sea level, prevalently clay and limestone.

Period of commercialization

Determined by the oenologist in relation to the optimal characteristics of the product. In any case not before the month of May of the second year after the one of vinification.

Wine-making and ageing

Maceration of the skins with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Sensory characteristics

Ruby red with brilliant purplish hints. Generous aroma of red fruit and delicate spicy notes. With good structure, soft, balanced and with good length.

Food and wine pairing

Ideal partner for the typical Mediterranean cuisine, it matches pretty well with the first courses with meat-based sauces and with red and white grilled meat. Excellent with various medium matured cheese.
