In the heart of the province of Chieti in Abruzzo, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.
TERRAIN
Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.
SELLING PERIOD
January/February, the year after harvest.
VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Soft pressing and fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
Straw-yellow with light green and brilliant hints. Pleasant fruity aroma of exotic fruit blend together with delicate floral notes. With good structure, fresh, sapid and balanced.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Excellent with all the cuisine based on fish, it matches well also with delicate meat-based dishes. Very good with hors d’oeuvres and as aperitif.
